A 15-minute walk is all it takes to reach the beautiful Plage des Pastourelles on the basin's waters. Calm and family-friendly, this beach is ideal for kids to swim at high tide. Just a bit further down, Plage de Bertic, also accessible on foot, offers a pleasant stretch of sand and grass. On the ocean side, a few pedal strokes will lead you to the long Plage du Grand Crohot; about fifteen minutes by bike on rural and forest paths is all it takes to reach the ocean waves for surfing, swimming, and other water activities.

As you can see, the Atlantic Ocean is just a stone's throw from your rental, with nearly direct access from your seaside campsite in Gironde!
