New to Siblu is Mimizan Lac, a touring park on the banks of beautiful Lake Aureilhan just south of Bordeaux, on France's south west coast. The park has a variety of pitches for you to bring your own tents, caravans and motorhomes for a peaceful break in a setting in tune with nature. The lakeside setting is perfect for swimming and fishing, and on-site amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, playground, mini golf and outdoor theatre.

A swimming, fun and relaxation area is open to vacationers. They can enjoy a large space including a 450 m² swimming pool, a paddling pool, an aquaplay area and a jacuzzi.
Hours of operation :
April: from 10:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
May, June and September: from 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
July - August: 10:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
In the aquatic area, swimwear such as swimsuits, boxers, bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, burkinis, etc. made from suitable swimming fabric are permitted.

Free children's clubs
During July and August, Club Max welcomes children aged 4 to 12 and organises fun days with activities such as sports or tournaments, walks and shows for your little ones.
The Max club is open 5 days a week, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon and non-stop during the day once a week.
Outside of July and August, your little ones will be able to enjoy the outdoor play areas.
Welcoming children while respecting the number of children per leader, by reservation and within the limit of available places.

Landes has some of Europe's best surf, with Biscarrosse, Hossegor and BIarritz known for their waves across the world. Beginners can join one of the local surf schools to learn the basics of riding the waves with qualified instructors.

Mimizan has six beaches offering 10km of fine sands. All are lifeguarded from May to September, with sheltered Courant de Mimizan offering the calmest waters for little ones, while the others offer great breaks for body boarding and surfing.
