Le Bois Masson

Not happy

I would not return unfortunately as the site was cramped and there was no real open space to say kick a football around. I didn't appreciate being told that I owned more money as I had paid my bill in full before the holiday and then a week in they said oh you actually owe more.

Caravan was lovely, pool area a bit small for number of guests. We booked our check out inspection for 7.30, by 8am nobody had arrived yet. Overall a great holiday though

Always something to do, activities, friendly staff, entertainment and shows, or just relaxing around the pool complex or grounds. My 4th stay with Siblu at various locations. Never been disappointed. Staff take an interest and we always felt we were put first. Shall return again and again

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff are helpful and thr quality of the mobile homes are good. Would always recommend!

Mobile homes very good. Good facilities on site. Children's club very good.

Super site and lovely setting. Get to use both Le Bois Masson and Dormant across the road. Accomodation fabulous - 3 bedrooms with washing machine and dishwasher. Nice covered terrace.

Fantastic time.
As usual, pool was a little manic and a fight for loungers. However loads of room on the beach.
Accommodation excellent although BBQ needs to be gracefully retired and replaced

I feel more entertainment could be on during the day and in the evenings in the bar area

Lovely site
Was concerned there were so many groups off teenagers hanging around and smoking in large groups late at night very intimidating .
Caravan had to much personal stuff for a rental and not one wine glass but plenty of plastic cups!!
My daughter and granddaughter went to the launderette on the Friday night and a big group of teenagers came and sat in there with there music
on and shouting and when my daughter said something they started spiting at the ground near
her
Apart from that lovely site and lovely area

the accommodation was amazing with a much better assortment of utensils, pots pans and serving dishes than other sites, however the bed in the master was so big it made moving around it a real challenge. we did have a washing machine though which was a real bonus. however there were a few letdowns for us that meant it did not match up to other siblu parks that we have stayed at. the pool itself did not have enough depth for those of us that wanted to be able to swim. the snack bar was shut so often we started to wonder if it was ever open. the entertainment show was good but the length and space did not make for an evening out with the family, rather an hour of fun. the staff were however very friendly and helpful and the repairing of bed slats and replacement gas bottle was completed promptly. we will still be booking another siblu holiday, but will be exploring a different park.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Some trouble with wood beetles in the caravan, staff helpful but problem not solved. Clean well kept site.

Great accommodation on a nice pitch. It would be nice to be able to get a drink/snack next to the pool as you can at Bois Dormant.

Good value - when do I get my deposits back ?

Didnt get keys until 6pm. 2 hour queue at check in. No compensation for what I consider to be a shocking start to a holiday. I go on holiday to escape my stressful job and relax. This was not relaxing. Stressful getting keys and then we were Put in a home facing boules so no privacy. Wife wouldn't go on decking because lots of fat old men constantly looking over. We will not come to this site again !!!!!!

Great site. First time staying at a Siblu site. Plenty to do if wanted; quiet and friendly as well. Lovely mobile home; clean and spacious. Great service from all staff. Would recommend and have rebooked for next year.

We had young adolescents staying in a mobile home beside us . They were at times very boisterous and loud we thought siblu were strict and rented only to Families. Obviously we know now this policy seems to have been relaxed or just ignored..

This was our third visit to this site, after a lovely 3 weeks visit last year. We are sad to say we were so dissapointed to find the standard lowered. The pool area is dirty, smelly and run down, randomly closing during the day. The cafe/bar is closed all day, only open after 6pm, the entertainer is no longer available for the bubbles club. The barrier system is constantly causing issues with entry/exit and the admin staff are disinterested. Also had very rude staff come to my place to tell me that it was my fault I did not get the accomodation I clearly booked and paid for. Holiday time is so precious, cannot believe the site/service has deteriorated so much so quickly. We have used Siblu since I was a teenager myself but our 5 families will reconsider next year.

Mobile home was good, only complaint is the area it was in was to crammed together.

Overall a pleasant holiday, Accommodation clean and well equipped. Staff helpful and friendly. Only cons, noisy neighbours at unpleasant times. Entertainment never quite knew what was on and when. not enough sun loungers at peek times. I would return in the future the points raised if they could be addressed would turn a 8/10 holiday into a 10/10.

Not enough early evening entertainment for children.

Need to get the entrance barrier seen to, it did not work sometimes

Entertainment in 2016 was better , maybe it was a better team people
