Fabulous holiday great facilities

The Siblu experience is fantastic. We found that there were less English speaking entertainers this time around, which does effect the experience for the kids but the shows are great and the entertainers def do a great job.

Great value for money, affordable, friendly staff, good location

Had a fantastic stay. My 10 and 9 year old children were thrilled with the facilities and the nightly entertainment. We have stayed at many Siblu sites and always get 100% satisfaction.
Cant wait for next year

Coming back after 10 years, it still feels like yesterday. Loved coming to this place and when we have kids, we will definitely come back with them.

We have been coming to Les Charmettes for 11 years. As ever, the accommodation was good and extremely clean on arrival. The site had done as much as possible to account for COVID restrictions which seemed to allow most activities to take place in a safe way. The only negative was a marked increase in late night noise around the site. There seemed to be quite a lot of groups of young people staying on their own which inevitably meant more noise, often until 2 or 3 am in the morning. The staff did respond to complaints but if SIBLU is moving away from a predominantly family focussed site to one that goes for the teen or young adult market then if you have youngish children, you will probably want to think carefully about staying there. That would be a shame as I think that SIBLU offers good value in some really great locations.

I have stayed in a variety of French campsites for My summer holidays for over 40 years. We found the best one and have been holidaying at Les Charmettes for the last 18 years.
My best advice to any family is book for next year, enjoy getting fit again in the exercise classes and be thoroughly entertained watching the shows and getting to know the staff.

Well organised to deal with Covid19 - little or no disruption

The caravan, and site were excellent, however, the caravan was not clean, nor had been adequately readied for our stay.
Bar service was good.

Les charmettes had everything we needed for a great holiday, clean accomodation, great pitch close to amenities. Fantastic pool complex for all ages, fast & efficient service in restaurants & bars. Large supermarket and good evening entertainment. Wouldn't like to go when it is was any busier during high season, Covid meant that the site was 50% capacity and this was definitely enough people for us.

We love this place as a family it just us the perfect place!

Sadly not all pools open no equinox open and sometimes evening entertainment cancelled. I had asked to be near mane pool due to my fathers mobility when we arrived we couldn’t have been much further away after the director called the manager she came and we had an upgrade on mobile home which was still a long way for dad to walk.

Our mobile home was lovely and seemed brand new but it’s pitch/garden was very poor. The overhanging trees meant it was full of bird droppings and we really could not use it. Considering we’d booked for 2 weeks nearly a year in advance, we were very disappointed.
Other pitches had nice outdoor areas. In addition, I have to say the site itself is fantastic. Thank you to all the staff.

A great stay at Les Charmettes for all the family. Initial problems with our mobile home were quickly and acceptably resolved by the manager with an upgrade which was well received. The pool area was great with plenty of vigilant lifeguards and the evening entertainment was great fun for all. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and would definitely consider another stay in the future.

My husband and three children had a brilliant holiday. It's our first time at Les Charmettes, but we have stayed at another Siblu holiday park. We were very impressed with the pool area; it was very clean and the evening entertainment was good. All staff we encountered were friendly and there was a lovely atmosphere on the park. Since we have been home three friends have already asked for details after seeing our photos online. See you next year!

My children really enjoyed the evening entertainment. Pool complex very clean, organised.

The accommodation although well equipped was very cramped , we had an 8 berth unit for 5 of us and there was not enough room to live properly , the worst part of it was that the shower room floor had collapsed ( this was reported on the first monday of our holiday and we spent the rest of the time trying not to fall through the hole as no one came to look at it .The beds all had sharp edges and all our family had leg abrasions because of it

We loved staying at Siblu, Les Charmettes. Family friendly holiday park. Staff very welcoming. However, our stay was a bit spoilt by not having UK TV set up before our arrival at the mobile home. It took Siblu a week before sorting it and even then, it was on and off the second week.
We were offered 40 Euros for the inconvenience to spend at the bar the first week. We had to call or, go to reception several times to get the TV sorted. It was pretty stressful for non French speaking guests to watch French TV or no TV at all as it wouldn't even turn on the second week. Hope Siblu can ensure that when a booking is made asking for UK TV, it is all set up on arrival. Sometimes, when you're older and tired, you just want to relax by watching a bit of telly, especially on a miserable day.

We travelled with our 3 yo son and were very happy with the quality and location of the site. We were pleased to find the second pool which was a bit less busy than the main one and really worked for us. Thanks for a great holiday.

Lovely site

Great holiday also the 2 reception checking points where a nightmare as it took us ages to be sent to the. Correct one to collect keys .
Also not enough sitting for the evening entertainment.

We had a great holiday, all staff really helpful and entertainment was great fun and full of variety. It was not clear that on arrival we needed to go to reception 2 which delayed our entry to the site otherwise other suggestions for improvement are 1) timetable for petit train to avoid long waits and 2) ability to purchase drinks within pool complex.
