The Pic du Canigou
The Pic du Canigou is located at 2,784 meters above sea level and offers breathtaking views. You need to be fit though - a 10 full hours is needed to reach the summit! For the more casual walkers, don't worry, there are plenty of easier walks and hikes in the area.
Hiking & Mountain Biking
The Pyrénées-Orientales offer a wide variety of landscapes with mountains, forests and trails suitable for all levels. Descend the mountains by mountain bike or go for a hike along the valleys and following the streams and waterfalls.

Canet-en-Roussillon
Visit the seaside resort of Canet-en-Roussillon. Stroll through the small pedestrian streets, discover the local art galleries and taste the regional cuisine. After a great day, in the evening, enjoy our many activities and shows offered at our Mar Estang campsite.
Perpignan
The main city of the region, Perpignan is known for its Roman remains and its delicious regional dishes. Discover historic sites such as the Palace of the Kings of Majorca and its Gothic tower, then end your day in Place de Catalunya, where you can enjoy the festive atmosphere and share a good meal with friends.
Collioure
When you're camping in the Pyrénées-Orientales, don't miss the seaside town of Collioure. This charming town located along the Côte Vermeille is great for a day out exploring. Discover its colourful historic center, visit its fortresses and steep coves, then end your day strolling along its charming bay.
