A good place for families to get away.

We spent 2 week here this was our 3rd time to visit this site and we have really enjoyed it. The kids really loved going to club each day and they made some new friends there. All in all a clean well maintained park with good staff and a very friendly atmosphere
Kevin
Accommodation and pool very good, other facilities looking a bit tired and no shop open on-site during our stay.

Had a great holiday. Caravan not what I had chosen but I was given tokens to use in the launderette it helped but not great. Just waiting for prices to be emailed for 2023 😊
Jonathan
No hot water for the whole week we were there.
Claire
Staff are friendly, site felt safe and clean with lots of sports and entertainment. Location is perfect for exploring several of the castles. Pool area is great for families.

We been coming here for years and always been happy with our plot & caravan but this year our plot was awful.
We were put under trees and had to wash the car every day with is no something we want to do on holiday.
Caravan was lovely and comfortable
Mark
Great family holiday. We loved the entertainment being the outside and had a wonderful holiday.

Lovely, pretty campsite with a great pool complex. Very friendly staff in all areas, kids club and the leaders were fantastic. Couple of disappointing things though, the shop onsite has no milk for the entire stay, not sure if this was linked to Coronavirus somehow but to not have such a basic item for the whole week seemed bizarre and frustrating. The shop in general was very poorly stocked. Disappointed with the cost of the bikes and carts and deposits required, would be nice if the deposit on our stay covered any deposits on equipment. I tried to hire a pedalo on Thursday morning and was told it was fully booked until Saturday (day of departure) it would have been nice if we'd been advised at check in that it books up quickly as this was something we were really looking forward to. The pool although well run, with friendly proactive lifeguards, and kept very clean was allowed to get extremely overcrowded at times (for Coronavirus social distancing, not normal times).
We had an 8 and 6 year old and our chalet was very close to the entertainment area which meant they often couldn't get to sleep till midnight as the entertainment was extremely loud. It would be nice if young families were put in accommodation not quite so close to adult entertainment. Overall though a really lovely place with lovely staff and I would go back!

We had a wonderful stay at siblu domaine de dugny. We had a 3 bedroom mobile home with amazing fields view. Definitely we'll go back soon

Holiday was brilliant . Entertainments team included us in all activities ( we speak no french and they helped us with English speaking team members ) . Pool was the only let down . Closed for half hour cleaning but we had to sit nearly on top of each other for the 1.5 hours it was open . Pool too busy for covid. I tried to set up away from people but they came and sit nearly on my lap . No social distance

Nice quiet pitch, beautifully clean site & nice staff. But:
Our caravan was packed full of the owner’s crap. Every corner, cupboard etc full, nowhere to put our own stuff out of the way. The living room had 7 chairs in it! The potted plants were all dead and for the first few days it was hard to manoeuvre the car in the small driveway because it was overgrown.
- the shop is useless, often out of bread & little to offer. We drove to the Lidl every day to get Fresh bread - so sad as a small walk to the shop would have been better.
The entertainment was ok, but it was unclear what everything was.

Lovely break very family friendly site looking forward to coming back

This is a place to be! Very friendly personnell, always willing to help and inform you!
Nice accomondations with space around. Nice pool.
Good place to stay for holidays.

Great campsite, plenty to do and within good reach of plenty of attractions outside the complex. The staff are friendly and helpful, our accomodation was clean, modern and well equipped. Good for all ages. The pool was great fun and we spent a lot of time there, but it is a little tired looking and could be expanded as it gets very busy and the usual race for towels on sun loungers applies. On the last day my son hit his head on the rock Island as some parts petrude. It was only a little scrape, but shows that it should be looked into improving as I nearly hit mine too. But overall very good. And the other reviews are spot on.

Reported two items when we arrived, no sink plug ,and tv remote not working.nobody came .We found the sink plug on our last day in one of the food cupboards ?. The TV remote my wife changed the batteries !.

A lovely holiday so much so we've booked up for 2020.

We had a great time at Siblu Domaine de Dugny as we always do at Siblu. However, there were a few things this year that we felt dropped from the usual high standard. The pool needs updating. The lining is coming away in places and it just looks and feels tired. Also in Pignade the lifeguards were quite hot on people leaving towels on sun beds. In Dungy I actually saw towels on sun beds after the pool had closed which were still there the day after. There was constantly 10 plus beds with towels on and nobody there for a good hour.
Although the kids club was great, especially Becky from Wales who was amazing with the kids. We felt the evening entertainment lacked compared with the entertainment at La Pignade.
The free Wi-fi at the bar was also a bit hit and miss.
It would also be nice if there were details of local places to eat either in caravans or in reception.
Saying that, the site as a whole is lovely and we had a great time.
One last thing. Not sure you should be associated with a circus that keeps animals like lions in this day and age. The site advertised Zavatta Circus a few times.

We stayed at Dugny 2 years ago and had a lovely accommodation on a large pitch so we were very disappointed with our accommodation this time. The pitch was very small and the owner had 2 large personal sheds on the pitch as well which limited the space even further. When I walked around the site I realised how different the space on the different pitches was. I will choose the pitch more carefully in future.

The accommodation was very basic even though we chose the highest option (Excellence). Only 1 Fan in the property and no TV. There was a CD Player which didn't work. The pillows were dirty and the double duvet was dirty and ripped very badly, we reported it on the first day to reception who said they would be changed but they turned up 4 days into the holiday to replace, it was hard to discuss this with the cleaning lady as she spoke no English so just took the replacement which wasn't much better. The kids loved the pool complex and football court, the bar was very expensive for food and drinks so chose to use nearby places and supermarkets instead. The area was lovely and all in all was OK.
Gary
Had a lovely week here but the pool complex isn't big enough for the number of guests. Very overcrowded. Also a bit tired in places where the edging is coming away from the side of the pool. Bar area in courtyard is very nice as the sun sets. A lot of noise coming from shows at night even though we had a plot far from the entertainment area. Worth bearing in mind if you prefer a quiet spot.
Grant
The accommodation and pool were excellent. The facilities are very good on site. The negatives are that quite often there was no toilet roll in the toilets near the entertainment area. Also when we went to play mini golf there were not enough golf balls (3 available and when we went to the course only 2 people were playing so I assume there are only 5 balls in total). These are minor negatives and overall the park is a lovely place to be.
Paula
Fantastic site and such a relaxing holiday. Our pitch was amazing as it was quite private and we overlooked the lake where people fished so was so peaceful. Gutted to only have had a week. The staff were great, especially the entertainment staff and they worked so hard everyday. Highly recommend the site

Having stayed at Siblu before, we were disappointed with this one. The staff were rude at check in, the mobile home had blocked toilets on arrival and took 3 days for them to sort out following 4 complaints. There was also no TV in the home as listed on the website. The pool is old and in need of updating and not clean. The play areas were good. The main bin area was overflowing constantly.
Plus points are it’s in a good location and in a nice area.
Disappointing week but we are now at a different site which is much better.
Nigel Ingoldsby
On arrival we found that we did not get the caravan we had reserved. Which had an en-suite in the master bedroom. We were given one with a walking wardrobe which had a washing machine in. If we were told prior to our arrival this would have been better and would have managed our expectations. When we talked to the manager about this she said said that she would come back to us, however she failed to do this
We then rang siblu call centre we gave our number and they also said that they would come back to us, but did not
Overall we made the best of our holiday, but this was a stressful start to the holiday, that we did not need after a long journey.
Nicola
The entertainment team were fantastic, kids absolutely loved them they toro so hard.

We had a great time

Easy check in did not point out the barrier code. . As a UK car , number plate
recognition did not work. We had to go to reception to to check, which was annoying.
I would like to receive confirmation that our cleaning and damage deposits have been “unlocked”
Thank you
