At the heart of our La Tremblade campsite, take advantage of the following facilities: pool complex with swimming pool and waterslides, equestrian centre in the heart of the campsite, free children's clubs, bike rental. The campsite is only a few minutes walk from the beach! Here you can practice water sports (sailing, surfing, boating, etc.)

Embark on a journey at full steam, from La Tremblade to Saujon! On board the only steam locomotive in service in Charente, you travel 21km, in an unusual setting of salt marshes and oyster beds.

Palmyre zoo is one of the most beautiful zoological parks in France. It is located near Royan, in the town of La Tremblade. This park is renowned for its biodiversity and variety of wild animals, including large African mammals.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches in La Tremblade, a stone's throw from our La Pignade campsite. Located on the edge of the Gironde estuary and lined with pines and dunes, it is the ideal place for summers by the ocean. Children will enjoy the inflatable games and other activities!

    Château des Énigmes 

    Listed as a historical monument, the Château d'Usson, located 70km from La Tremblade, offers you a captivating 3-hour treasure hunt in a Renaissance setting. Logic, creativity and skill will help you solve the proposed enigma, by venturing into a maze of boxwood, the castle underground passages or the winter gardens!

  • La baie de l’Aiguillon 

    l’Aiguillon Bay

    Meet 75km from our La Tremblade campsite, towards La Baie de l’Aiguillon. It extends from Charente-Maritime to Vendée, connects the Marais Poitevin to the sea. It is the kingdom of mussel farming and the cradle of bouchot mussels. The small village of Charron or that of Esnandes (near La Rochelle) will be two gourmet stops to taste delicious marinière mussels!

The oyster port

About two kilometres long, the Chenal de la Grève is dotted with pretty oyster huts, where oyster farmers raise and prepare oysters from Marennes-Oléron.

Cross the Seudre estuary from Port de la Grève to reach Marennes! Other boats also offer trips to the island of Oléron and Saint-Trojan.

It is located opposite our La Tremblade campsite. 80km long, it is the largest of the French islands. Its capital Saint-Pierre, surrounded by ramparts, is very popular for its shops, its restaurants and its beach which is regularly classified as Blue Flag. Other highlights include: the Vauban citadel, the salt marshes, the wild beaches and the greenway that runs on the island.
