Each region is renowned for having its own culinary specialties and French are good at making an event out of a meal! In France, we feast, we taste and when we are at the table, we talk about food! Whichever area you visit in France, be sure to try out the local delicacy.
Not to be missed...
Top attractions in the north of France include Mont St Michel, the Bayeux Tapestry, the D-Day Landing beaches. Head west to the Vendee for the world's greatest theme park, Puy de Fou, and beautiful harbour towns such as La Rochelle just a little further south. Relax inland in the peaceful setting of the Loire, visiting the impressive castles of the area. A wine buff? Head to Bordeaux and the beautiful little village of Saint-Emilion, or travel east to the famous Languedoc, a region filled with vineyards and the famous Carmargue horses. On the Côte d'Azur, St Tropez and Nice are not to be missed.

Water sports, swimming pool, water games, petanque, hiking, cycling, tennis, mini-golf, archery are all activities on offer during your stay at our campsites in France.

Relaxing on site
When you're not wizzing down a waterslide or hanging off a climbing tower, then you're taking selfies drinking cocktails at the outside bar, watching the sunset. Perfect moments to be captured!
The Dune du Pilat
Take your cameras to highest dune in Europe and pretend you're in the film, Dune. This impressive sand mountain is to be found near our campsites in Gironde and is worth the hike to the top.
The beach at sunset
Head to the west coast of France to see the sun descend beautifully into the ocean. You'll get some great shots from anywhere along the west, from the Vendee down to the Charente Maritime, and south of Bordeaux towards Biarritz and Spain. If you like the idea of watching the sunset from a bar, then head to the cafe on the Pointe de Trevignan in Brittany, near our campsite in Pont Aven, or to St Jean de Monts or Les Sables d'Olonne, near our campsites Le Bois Masson and Bois Dormant.

Pilat National Park
If you want to get away from the crowds, particularly in the height of summer, then head to one of the largest national parks in France. Close to our Les Rives de Condrieu campsite, you can hike or mountain bike this spectacular mountain area, It's also a great place for bird and wildlife spotting.
L'île d'Oléron
Nicknamed the island of flowers, this little known place off the west coast of France (near Roman) is a little slice of paradise. Enjoy the small typical fishing villages, and admire the white sand beaches with turquoise water. If you enjoy cycling, you'll love the 160 km of cycle paths in the area. Stay here at our campsite Mer et Soleil d'Oléron.
La Palmyre Zoo
Located not far from our Bonne Anse campsite, the La Palmyre zoo has nearly 1,000 animals, housed in spacious natural enclosures. The zoo was established more than 40 years ago and is famous for it's breeding programme of endangered species. A brilliant day out with the family.
